The Sunnyside Community Center was yet another casualty of a City Council with out of control spending habits. They squandered a large surplus of reserve funds, never cutting spending until they were running a $1.1 million deficit in the general fund for the City.
The lack of leadership has short changed citizens as they lose out on amenities such as the Community Center, and public safety is being compromised by POLICE CUTS.
