Proposed Interim Manager Pay Could Run $200,000 Per Year Or More
The sample contract that the current City Council is reviewing for the position of Interim City Manager would incur a cost of $84 per hour, plus an additional $500 per week for housing and commuting expenses. Given that the City Manager is realistically going to be working 40+ hours a week, the annual rate can easily top $200,000 per year.
This is more than double the approximate rate of pay for the last City Manager, who was being paid $95,000 per year.
